Prior to booking an appointment, please carefully read all information & policies below.

STUDIO POLICIES
  • All appointments require a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT that goes towards your appointment.
  • If you are more than 10-15 minutes late for your appointment, your appointment will need to be canceled and another deposit is required to rebook.
  • 48 hours notice is required if you need to reschedule an appointment. If canceled or rescheduled after the 48 hour cut off, another deposit will be required.
  • If a complimentary touch up is rescheduled/canceled within the 48 hour time frame, there will be a $50 charge for the service.
  • Complimentary touch ups are only included if they are scheduled within the 6-8 week time frame.
  • All artists operating within The Fix Studio premises are considered independent contractors.
  • Deposits are non transferable between clients or transferable to a different artist.
  • If you've had any work done by a previous artist, please submit clear photos to get approved before booking. All previous work is considered a full service.
  • NO kids or pets allowed due to cross contamination and interruption. Please limit to 1 guest.
  • All Cosmetic Tattooing services are NOT possible if you are PREGNANT or BREASTFEEDING.

PLEASE FILL OUT THE ATTACHED FORM. This service is a virtual consult, Muse Fine Line Tattoos will reach out once booked to finalize design and choose an appointment date. $50 fee will be applied to the final price.
